Breast cancer exhibition
I created and founded the Breast Cancer exhibition to increase awareness of the importance of women (and men) regularly self checking their breasts.

It was through self checking that I found a lump in my breast, which turned out to be an aggressive form of breast cancer.

Regular self checking allows you to become familiar with your breasts, and be better able to spot any changes that may come up.

Breast cancer doesn't discriminate, it can affect men and women of any age or cultural background.

The exhibition showcases women who are at various stages of their breast cancer journey, illustrating with pride their scars and embracing life post cancer. Their journeys range from 2 years to 24 years in remission.

We look forward to showcasing the beautiful pictures of these amazing women from the 24 January - 5 February 2022 at 107 Projects. The exhibition is open Wednesdays to Saturdays 11am - 5pm and entry is free.

Proceeds from the events go to Cancer Council NSW. To make a donation to our fundraiser, visit our fundraising page.
